Conditions for Registration
and Booking of Courses
1. Organiser of these language holidays
is SEHC-England,

2. Registration
In order to reserve a place on of our courses, send a completed application
form with a deposit of Euro 100,-. The amount of the deposit will be
deducted from the total amount of the chosen course price. Once payment has
been received we will inform you in writing. Following this, your registration
will be valid.

3. Payment: All Payments should be made to Katja Russell. If you wish to
pay by cheque, then send the cheque payable to Katja Russell to the above
address. If you prefer to send money through electronic payment please use
the following details:

SEHC Course X, your name
a.) To validate your registration, a deposit of Euro 100,- must be received.
b.) The remaining course charge (Total price minus deposit) must be received
no later than six weeks before the beginning of the course.
c.) Should, in the time of releasing the course dates and price information,
the value of the pound on the foreign exchange alter significantly, SEHC England
reserve to change the price accordingly.
4. Cancellation of Reservation
If you wish to cancel your booking before the course begins, SEHC reserve
the right to deduct the following charges to cover administrative costs:
More than 3 Months before Course begins: Euro 50,-.
More than six weeks before Course begins: Euro 100,-
Thereafter Euro 150,-
Should you find a replacement participant for the course, these charges
will be waived.
5. Programme changes or Cancellation of Course
The organiser reserves the right to make changes of equal or greater value
to the course programme. Should a course have to be cancelled by the organiser,
all payments (including deposit) will be returned in full.
6. During the course, the leadership acts in Loco Parentis. In cases of
repeated or serious breaking of SEHC rules (or local laws), we reserve the
right to send a participant back to their parent/guardian, following notification
to the parent/guardian of the reason, and the giving of departure and arrival
information. In such cases course charges will not be refunded.
7. We undertake no responsibity for self-inflicted injuries, damage to property,
losses, delays or miscellaneous acts caused by course participants.
8. By registering for a course, both parties agree to be bound by the above-mentioned
conditions.
